Owner Narrative

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM. THE VEHICLE STALLED WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. WHEN THE KEY WAS REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION, THE ENGINE CONTINUED TO RUN. THE ENGINE SHUT OFF WHEN THE VEHICLE RAN OUT OF FUEL. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY AT THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A REPAIR SHOP APPROXIMATELY FOUR TIMES, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE HAS YET TO BE DETERMINED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,692 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 67,000.
