Owner Narrative
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD E-350. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED TWICE WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE INJECTORS CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 05V270000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING). THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED MORE THAN 20 TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS REPLACE THE INJECTORS; HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE CONTROL MODULE WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 332,000.
