PURCHASED A FORD E-350 IN OCTOBER OF 2005 WITH 5 HANKOOK LT 245/75 R 16'S AFTER 28,000 MILES AND 70 % OF TREAD REMAINING THE CORD SEPARATED IN THE TIRE TREAD CARACAS RESULTING IN A FLAT SPOT CORRESPONDING TO A BUBBLE ON THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE. WHEN I SOUGHT HELP FROM HANKOOK NATIONAL AND MS. JUDY HERSHBERG 973-633-9000 AND THE LOCALK DISTRIBUTOR MIAMI TIRE DEALERS WAREHOUSE' JOSE PHONE 888-833-3953 I WAS NOT ASSISTED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM, ALL THEIR SUGGESTIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS FELL ON DEFT EARS. CONSIDERING THE MILEAGE, NOW 34,000 + AND THE YEARS, 3, I COULD NOT IN REALITY EXPECT AN ADJUSTMENT. I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT THE TIRES AND AS MUCH INFO AS I CAN GET FROM THEM TO YOU FOR A POSSIBLE RECALL FOR THE SAKE OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE WELFARE OF CITIZEN DRIVERS AND THEIR SAFETY. *TR
