DOT SCALE IN CA DISCOVERED BOTH BRAKE CHAMBERS ON REAR AXLE WERE BROKEN. TRUCK WAS PUT OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL REPAIRS WERE MADE AT THE SCALE. BOTH CHAMBERS WERE REPLACED. HAD THIS NOT BEEN DISCOVERED A SERIOUS ACCIDENT COULD'VE HAPPENED. *TR
