FORD E-350 BASED RV RECALLED IN SEPTEMBER TO CORRECT PROBLEM WITH SPEED CONTROL DEACTIVATION SWITCH (RECALL 05S28). VEHICLE'S CRUISE CONTROL DISCONNECTED AT THAT TIME. DEALER REPORTS THAT PARTS ARE STILL NOT AVAILABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. CAN'T RECALLS BE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER? *TR
