TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 FORD F350. THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR AFTER IT WAS PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE FLAMES WERE COMING FROM THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED TO THE SCENE AND A REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THERE WAS NO PROPERTY DAMAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSURED FOR FULL COVERAGE. RECENTLY, THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE AND HE STRONGLY BELIEVES THAT THE FIRE WAS RELATED TO THE RECALL. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 100,000. UPDATED 09/13/08. *LJ
