CONSUMER COMPLAINT ABOUT A 1997 DODGE DODGE RAM DIESEL 4X4. CONSUMER STATES THAT WHEN REPLACING THE LOWER BALL JOINTS IT WAS NOTICED THAT THEY WEREN'T GREASED WHICH CAUSED THEM TO BE DRY, RUSTY, AND CAUSED THEM TO WEAR OUT. *KB
