TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD F350. THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE WHILE PARKED OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE. THE GARAGE SUSTAINED OVER $2,000 WORTH OF DAMAGE. THE INSURANCE COMPANY STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND THEY COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE. THE CONTACT FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MANUFACTURER; HOWEVER, THEY WILL NOT SEND OUT AN INVESTIGATOR OR PROVIDE FURTHER ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER A RECALL. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 72,000.
