2005 DODGE RAM 1500, DEFROST DOOR IN HEATER/HVAC HOUSING BROKEN, NOT ALLOWING FOR 'FULL' DEFROST OF THE WINDSHIELD. DIFFICULT IN COLDER CLIMATE (MICHIGAN) TO KEEP WINDSHIELD CLEAR. REPAIR TOPS $700 WITH ONLY $50 IN PARTS. CHRYLSER WILL NOT ASSIST WITH THE REPAIR HOWEVER THEY HAVE A TSB DATING BACK TO 2003 IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM. *TR
