TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD E350 ECONOLINE. THE VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL SWITCH WAS NOT DISABLED AND THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. RECALL NOTICE 05S28 WAS RECEIVED IN AUGUST 2007. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THIS HAS EXTENDED BEYOND A REASONABLE TIME TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WILL REQUEST TO HAVE THE SWITCH DISCONNECTED IMMEDIATELY. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 17,000. UPDATED 01/29/08 *BF UPDATED 01/29/08 *TR
