WHILE STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT ON AN OVERPASS ON INDIAN IN PALM SPRINGS, THE PLASTIC LOUVER THAT SITS ON THE HOOD FLEW OFF DUE TO STRONG WINDS. PLASTIC PIECE FLEW OVER THE CAR NEXT TO ME AND LANDED ON THE ON RAMP DIRT AREA. *JB
