Owner Narrative
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 INTERNATIONAL 7400. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS LEAKING FUEL AND OIL IN THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL RAIL. ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2006, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN IN FOR SERVICE AND THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED UNDER WARRANTY. THE LEAK RESUMED WHEN THE WARRANTY EXPIRED IN JULY OF 2007. THE FAILURE OCCURS WHENEVER THE ENGINE IS RUNNING AND IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ABOVE THE STARTER NEAR SEVERAL ELECTRICAL PARTS. THE SPEED WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 23,983 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,590.
