TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD E350. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD POP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHO REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS. THE FAILURE OCCURRED THREE TIMES. THE FIRST TIME, IT WAS PLUG # 7 ( COIL WAS TIGHTENED), FOLLOWED BY PLUG # 1 (RETHREADED), AND LASTLY PLUG # 3 (NOT REPAIRED). PLUG #'S 1 AND 3 DETACHED AND PLUG # 7 WAS LOOSE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 79,700 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,359.
