TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 HONDA ACCORD. WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP, THE VEHICLE SPEEDS FORWARD. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WILL REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION FREE OF CHARGE, BUT THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LABOR. THE ENGINE SIZE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 83,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
