Owner Narrative
WE OWN TWO DODGE SPRINTERS 2500. YEARS 2004 AND 2006. WE HAVE OWNED BOTH FOR A LITTLE MORE THAN A YEAR. WE HAVE BROKEN SIX WINSHIELDS. WE HAVE LOOKED FOR STRONGER WINDSHIELDS NONE ARE MADE.{ PER PPG} WE HAVE HAD INSTALLS DONE BY FACTORY AND PRIVATE. THE WINDOW FAMES HAVE BEEN INSPECTED FOR DEFECTS AND NONE WERE FOUND. WE FEEL THAT THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I HAVE CONTACTED DODGE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL DO AN INTERNAL REVIEWBUT WE WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED. CURRENTLY THIS IS A GREAT HAZARD AND COST.
