FAULTY IGNITION SWITCH. THE KEY CAN BE REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION WHILE THE CAR IS STILL IN GEAR (DRIVE). THE CAR ROLLED DOWN THE BLOCK AND HIT A NEIGHBOR'S MAILBOX. *JB
