I SPECIAL ORDERED A F-350 S/CAB PICKUP 4X4 WITH CAPTAIN CHAIRS. THE SEAT BELTS DO NOT STAY LATCHED NOW. THERE WAS A RECALL ON 2001 F350 SEAT BELTS: FRONT: BUCKLE ASSEMBLY ( 01V227001 ). DID NOT COME UP ON THIS RECALL. PLEASE HELP. *JB
