5-2-06. 2004 ECONOLINE REAR SEAT BELTS AND SEAT BELT EXTENDERS ARE POORLY DESIGNED. *TS THE RECEIVING END OF THE SEAT BELTS ARE ATTACHED TO THE END OF THE STRAP, THE OTHER END IS BOLTED TO THE FLOOR. WITH USE THE RECEIVING END TENDS TO FALL BACK THROUGH THE HOLE AND HAS TO BE REINSERTED OFTEN. THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED SEAT BELT EXTENDERS FOR THE FRONT TWO BUCKETS SEAT, BUT NOT FOR THE REAR SEATS. *NM
