Complaint Summary

SEATS:MID/REAR ASSEMBLY

Owner Narrative

DT: 2004, FORD, ECONOLINE 150. THE BENCH SEAT WOULD TIP OVER WITH THE CONSUMERS DAUGHTER IN IT BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT FIT IN THE CAPTAINS CHAIR. WHILE SHE WAS SITTING ON THE BENCH SEAT, IT TIPPED OVER WITH HER IN IT, CAUSING HER TO FALL OUT OF THE SEAT. THIS HAPPENED TO HER THREE TIMES. EACH TIME THEY WOULD GO AROUND A CURVE AND SHE WOULD FALL OUT OF THE SEAT BECAUSE THE WIDTH OF THE SEAT WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH, AND THE BENCH WAS TOO HIGH. ALSO, HER FATHER-IN-LAW WHO WAS NOT HANDICAPPED TRIED TO GET OUT OF THE BENCH SEAT AND HE FELL TWICE. *AK *JB
