CONSUMER STATES: THE CONSUMER HEARD A SQUEAKING AND CLUNKING NOISE FROM THE BALL JOINTS WHILE TURNING CORNERS. THE BALL JOINTS FAILED BECAUSE THERE WERE NO GREASE FITTINGS. THE DEALER INSTALLED NEW BALL JOINTS AND GREASE FITTINGS. *NM
