WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN FRONTAL COLLISION. UPON IMPACT, DUAL AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. DRIVER SUSTAINED BRUISES, AND HAD TO RECEIVE FOURTEEN STITCHES IN HIS LIP. *AK
