Owner Narrative
WHILE DRIVING IN INCLEMENT WEATHER WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED, CAUSING POOR VISIBILITY. CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, AND DROVE IT HOME. THEN, CONSUMER CONTACTED THE DEALER, AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
