Owner Narrative

THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH A VEHICLE OF MINE IS THE SPARK PLUG BLOWING OUT OF THE ENGINE. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE, AND THE MANUFACTURER HAS SWEPT IT OFF LIKE NOTHING WAS WRONG. THE VEHICLE IS A 1999 FORD E350 SUPER DUTY VAN WITH A TRITON V10 ENGINE. WHILE SEARCHING ONLINE AS WELL AS TALKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE, THIS ENGINE WAS A BIG FAILURE. I HAVE HEARD OF AT LEAST 122 OF THESE ENGINE HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. FORD CHARGES WELL OVER $3000 EACH TO HAVE THIS FIXED! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE. TO TRY AND CREAT A CLASS ACTION SUITE, WOULD BE WAY TO EXPENSIVE. WHERE IS HELP? CONSUMERS NEED YOU TO HELP US. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING FORD OVER THE PAST YEAR WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE VAN. I HAVE HAD THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED TWICE, WITHIN A MONTH OF EACH OTHER, THE WINDSHILED REPLACED FOR A BAD GASKET, FUEL TANK AND PUMP REPLACED, MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR AND I CAN GO ON AND ON. I NEED HELP WITH THIS. THE VAN COST ME $25000. I HAVE PAID WELL OVER $5000 IN REPAIR COSTS. PLEASE HELP. I KNOW OTHER CONSUMERS HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND THEY NEED HELP ALSO.*AK
