DEALERSHIP FAILED TO INSTALL THE REINFORCEMENT BRACKETS AS STATED IN THE TRAILER HITCH RECALL 00V107000, BUT TOLD THE CONSUMER THEY DID. UPON INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE BY THE CONSUMER HE DETERMINED THAT NOTHING WAS INSTALLED, AND TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER, AND BROUGHT THE ISSUE TO THEIR ATTENTION. THEN, DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE PART, BUT GAVE NO REASON WHY THE PART WASN'T REPLACED THE FIRST TIME AS THEY HAD INDICATED.*AK
