Owner Narrative
PER OWNER MANUAL, ENGINE SHOULD HOLD 12 QUARTS OF OIL. A CHANGE WAS MADE TO THE DIP STICK BY THE MANUFACTURER, WHICH INCREASES THE OIL INTAKE TO 14 QUARTS. CONSUMER WASN'T NOTIFIED OF THE CHANGE. THIS RESULTED IN ENGINE FAILURE, DO TO INSIGNIFICANT OIL CONSUMPTION. *PH
