WHILE STEPPING INTO VEHICLE REAR BUMPER IT CAVED IN, CAUSING CONSUMER'S FOOT TO GET STUCK, THE CONSUMER THEN FELL AND HIT THE CONCRETE WHIL HIS FOOT WAS STILL LODGED IN THE BUMPER, AS A RESULT THE CONSUMER SUSTAINED A LEFT HEEL FRACTURE IN TWO PLACES, A TWISTED BACK, NECK AND A HIP INJURY. DEALER NOTIFIED. *NLM
