UNDER LOAD, THE A/C SWITCHES FROM THE DASH VENTS TO THE FLOOR OR DEFROST VENTS. AT THE SAME TIME, HEAT THEN COMES OUT OF THE REAR A/C VENTS. FORD IS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM, BUT NOT WILLING OR UNABLE TO REPAIR, STATING THAT THE VEHICLE IS OPERATING UNDER "NORMAL OPPERATING CHARACTERISTICS"*AK
