Complaint Summary
VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
Owner Narrative
GOT AN ABS WARNING LAMP (STAYED LIT) ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WHEN I STARTED THE CAR. WHEN I DROVE DOWN THE ROAD, THE SPEEDOMETER DIDN'T WORK. I TROUBLESHOT THE PROBLEM MYSELF AND CORRECTED IT. THE SPEED SENSOR, MOUNTED IN THE REAR END, WAS BAD (READ "OPEN" WITH AN OHMMETER). I PURCHASED A NEW SENSOR ($42) FROM THE DEALER AND INSTALLED IT. CAR WORKS OK NOW.*AK
