CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 35MPH ON HIGHWAY AND WITHOUTOUT PRIOR WARNING A DEER RAN ACROSS THE STREET AND WAS HIT BY CONSUMER'S VEHICLE. UPON IMPACT, DUAL AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. DEALERSHIP WAS AWARE OF PROBLEM.*AK
