Complaint Summary
POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:TORQUE CONVERTER
Owner Narrative
IN THE PAST 5 YEARS I HAVE REPLACED THE TORQUE CONVERTER AND THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR 3 OR MORE TIMES. EACH TIME THE DEALER TELLS ME IT'S JUST A FAULTY PART. I FEEL THAT FORD IS REFUSING TO EXCEPT THE FACT THAT I HAVE A DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSION. I PLAN TO CONFRONT THE DEALER ONE MORE TIME BEFORE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY.
