FUEL FILLER METAL FLAP BECAME LOOSE AND FELL INTO THE FUEL FILLER TUBE, CAUSING AN OBSTRUCTION THAT PREVENTS GASOLINE FROM FLOWING FREELY INTO THE FUEL TANK WHEN PUMPING. AS A RESULT GASOLINE OVERFLOWS AND SPILLS FROM THE FUEL FILLER TUBE, POTENTIALLY RESULTING IN FIRE OR PERSONAL *AK
