Owner Narrative

REAR WINDOW IS LEAKING AND ALLOWING WATER TO ENTER INTO CAB OF VEHICLE. DEALERSHIP HAS EXAMINED VEHICLE AND DETERMINED THAT THERE IS A CRACK IN THE FRAME THAT HOLDS THE WINDOW IN PLACE. THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM IN THESE VEHICLES. *AK THE BACK PLASTIC FRAME CRACKS AROUND THE WINDSHIELD, CAUSING THE LEAK, THE ONLY SOLUTION WAS TO REPLACE THE REAR WINDSHIELD, CONSUMER IS REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT. *SLC
