WHEN AT A STOP CONSUMER CANNOT TURN STEERING WHEEL TO RIGHT UNLESS THERE IS MOMENTUM. THIS STARTED HAPPENING APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AGO. DEALERSHIP COULD NOT REPRODUCE THIS PROBLEM. ALSO, CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THAT THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN RECALL 98V242000 RELATED TO STEERING. *AK *SLC
