THE CONSUMER SPECIAL ORDERED THE VEHICLE TO BE INSTALLED WITH FOUR AIR TANKS BUT THE MANUFACTURER ONLY INSTALLED THREE, THE CONSUMER DISCOVERED THIS WHEN THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR AND WINDOW WOULD NOT OPEN SINCE THEY ARE AIR OPERATED. NLM
