OWNER HAS A FLEET OF 22 1994-1995 VEHICLES THAT ARE STARTING TO SHOW A HIGH RATE OF FAILURES OF THE UPPER BRAKE SHOE ANCHOR IS BREAKING OUT OF THE BACKING PLATE, THIS CAUSES THE BRAKE SHOES TO CONTACT THE OUTBOARD FACE OF THE BRAKE DRUM, WHICH CAN ALSO CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE WHEEL CYLINDER AND CAUSE BRAKE FAILURE. *SLC
