WHILE PARKED ON A SEMI SLOPE VEHICLE IS IN 1ST GEAR. KEY OUT OF THE IGNITION, AND THE EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE ACTIVATED, BUT VEHICLE ROLLED AWAY UNEXPECTEDLY WHICH MAY HAVE CAUSED AN INJURY. DEALER CANNOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE. *AK POSSIBLY CLUTCH IS NOT A PROPER SIZE FOR THE VEHICLE. *YH
