Complaint 2220088
2015 CHRYSLER 200 • AIR BAGS • incident Apr 19, 2026
Complaint Summary
AIR BAGS
Owner Narrative
The vehicle has suffered a total failure of the passenger seat jumper wiring harness, which has completely deactivated the entire Supplemental Restraint System (SRS / Airbag system) and triggered the airbag warning light. This is a known manufacturing defect covered under an active Technical Service Bulletin (TSB). âA certified Chrysler dealership previously performed a paid repair for this exact TSB defect, meaning the replacement safety component has failed prematurely. The vehicle is currently an active safety hazard on the road, as no airbags will deploy in an accident. Chrysler Corporate has refused to remedy this failed safety system, leaving the vehicle completely unprotected.
