Complaint Summary
FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS
Owner Narrative
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the functionality of Teslaâs Full Self-Driving (FSD) system. On May 11th, while the vehicle was operating under FSD, I experienced an unexpected disengagement of the system, which then reengaged on its own without any input from me. This erratic behavior caused the vehicle to hit the garage door and resulted in a crash.
