Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500. The contact stated that while driving at slow speeds, there was a loud banging sound coming from the vehicle. The contact exited the vehicle and became aware that the front passengerâs side tire was inverted towards the engine compartment. Pictures of the damages were taken to a dealer, and the contact was informed that the control arm had snapped; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 10,000.
