The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for tire repairs and was advised that an alignment was needed. The contact stated that the vehicle was then taken to a dealer where it was determined that the alignment could not be performed because the required bolts were missing. The alignment was not completed, and the vehicle was not repaired. The contact believed that the vehicle was sold with the missing parts. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 44,000.
