Owner Narrative
Window actuator does not properly open or close passenger window to open door properly, which is a safety risks to a child. Window could shatter because window will not roll down the inch or so to pull the door open. In order to open the door, the window will shake vibrantly and risk of a child of a possible window shatter. Ford says this is a normal wear and tear and itâs at owners cost to replace. To me thatâs unacceptable.
