Owner Narrative
Received letter for the HCU recall over a year ago. ABS/Traction Control warning lights and audible dinging started randomly going off & on shortly after receiving the letter. Went on Ram website & completed a form to be notified when the part was available. Never heard from Ram. Contacted Ram and local dealership again last last month and told part is still unavailable. Unfortunately, Ram doesnât seem to care that this has been going on for years. And even more unfortunately NHTSA (or the agency that can hold Ram accountable) doesnât seem to care, either, as this problem has been going on for years.
