Complaint Summary
SERVICE BRAKES
Owner Narrative
As I was driving into a parking lot space, I stepped on the brake pedal, and it sank to the floor. I rapidly pumped the pedal 2 or 3 times, but it continued to sink to the floor. As the car continued moving forward, I tried to avoid colliding with landscape items, drove between 2 parked cars, scraping one or both of them, and injured a pedestrian. My vehicle stopped when I jammed the gear control into the âPARKâ position.
