Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds the braking system had erroneously activated causing the vehicle to abruptly stop in the middle of the road. During the failures no other vehicles or objects were nearby. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the failure and the vehicle was not repaired. The contact indicated that the failure continue to occur more frequently. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 4,000.
