-Transmission locked - broken output shaft ring gear weld. -Yes its available for inspection. -Vehicle came to complete stop in middle of freeway as if emergency brake was applied unknowingly. Could be bad if going around corner or downhill -Problem confirmed by dealer -No -No warning signs or check engine light
