The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-350. The contact stated that the camera was inoperable. At times the camera was blank. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact received the recall notification letter 25V572000 (Back Over Prevention). The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who confirmed the parts were not available. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was called, but there was no response. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
