Owner Narrative

I have a 2017 Ford Explorer, that has a recall of A pillar trim piece, which I have been trying to get replaced since 2024. To date the dealership is telling me they don’t have the part. This part on the driver side has come off and I am concerned the passenger side will. I can only hope it does not come off and cause damage to other vehicles. Ford has issued a recall and is not provided the necessary part. This is a safety concern and I wish to file a complaint.
