Owner Narrative
Iâm writing to express my disappointment with Tesla's decision to stop the transferable option for the Full Self-Driving (FSD) package, which I purchased for $12,000. At the time of purchase, Tesla promised this feature would be transferable to a new vehicle, which was a key factor in my decision. The sudden removal of this option, without prior notice, feels unfair and deceptive. I urge Tesla to reconsider this change or offer a satisfactory resolution for customers like me who relied on the original terms.
