Owner Narrative
I am currently continuing to make monthly payments of $735 on this vehicle while it remains inoperable due to a manufacturer parts backorder. Since 04/01/2026, I have not had use of the vehicle, yet I remain financially responsible for it without a clear timeline for repair completion or alternative support. My vehicle has been inoperable since 04/01/2026 due to failure of a hybrid battery system. The required replacement part is on indefinite backorder with no estimated availability date provided by the manufacturer or dealer. Despite multiple escalation attempts through Ram Customer Care and assigned case management, there is no confirmed timeline for repair completion. The vehicle remains unusable while payments continue. This raises concern regarding manufacturer parts availability for essential hybrid system components and prolonged vehicle downtime without resolution.
