Complaint Summary

VISIBILITY/WIPER

Owner Narrative

Intermittent total electrical communication failure ('No Bus' error) triggered by warm weather. While driving at any speed, the instrument cluster gauges drop to zero and the vehicle loses all control of turn signals, hazards, cruise control, and windshield wipers. This has created several near-miss situations in traffic and rain. The failure also prevents the vehicle from starting. Despite multiple dealership visits and an open Star Case, the manufacturer has failed to provide a remedy for this safety-critical defect.

Owner-submitted narrative on file with NHTSA. Complaint narratives are self-reported and have not been verified.
